FAQ
Paintball is an exciting and entertaining sport where two opposing teams compete to eliminate each other while completing various objectives. The teams use paintball markers powered by pressured gas. These markers propel safe, non-toxic, washable gelatin capsules filled with water-based paint and mineral oil. You eliminate an opponent when the paintballs mark them. A team wins by eliminating all opposing players or completing the main objective of the paintball game.
Is paintball safe?
Paintball is extremely safe as long as players follow the safety rules. According to insurance statistics, paintball is safer than golf, bowling, and most other sports. Eye injuries are the only serious injuries that can occur directly from playing paintball. However, players can easily prevent eye injuries by following two basic safety rules. If everyone follows these rules, the chance of injury is very low. First, players must wear goggles anytime they are on the paintball field. Second, they must keep their barrel cover on when off the field.
Do paintballs hurt when you get hit?
The sting feels similar to being snapped with a rubber band or towel. However, we limit close-range encounters and ensure a referee is on the field at all times to uphold the safety rules.
Who can play?
Almost anyone can play! Paintball appeals to people of all ages. Millionaire Paintball's regular minimum age is 8 years old. However, we can offer younger players the chance to play with peers of similar age, such as during a birthday party. Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign and date a RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM.
What to bring?
We supply all the necessary protective equipment for players. However, we recommend wearing old, dark clothing like jeans or sweats, along with good footwear. The paintballs are completely washable. A toque or baseball hat is also a good idea, as it not only protects your head but also makes the goggles and face masks more comfortable. We recommend bringing $20 to $30 in case you want to upgrade or purchase more paintballs. We also have plenty of drinks available.
Can you bring your own equipment and paintballs?
You can bring your own paintball marker, and other paintball equipment. We only allow paintball goggles made by a reputable manufacturer. The paintballs must be purchased directly from Millionaire Paintball.
